This was my first time making brownies, and I followed the recipe almost exactly. They turned out lovely! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. However, but that's just a personal opinion, I would've liked the brownies to be a bit more moist on the inside. I baked them for about 30-35 minutes, so it might've been just a tad too long.
I took some of the reviewers' advice and let the pan simmer on low heat while melting the chocolate, and let the mixture cool down a bit before adding the eggs. I mixed everything thoroughly and I was amazed by the way the brownies rose in the oven.
This recipe definitely is a keeper.
