Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
Wow, this recipe was delicious. I used fresh mint & rosemary but didn't have thyme so I used the dried version. Also browned on the skillet, but cooked on the grill for five minutes. They were beyond amazing. I'm going to make them all the time now! My only edit is that it took closer to 8 minutes to reduce the balsamic mixture.

Apple-Berry Pie

Mine came out super runny. Next time I'd lessen the sugar and possibly add more tapioca.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

YUM! This was very good. Only problem was that I think I cooked a wee bit too long and I couldn't grab any whole pieces out of the crock pot, it just kept falling apart. :) Taaaaasty though!

Florida Strawberry Muffins

Very good. I too thought that the batter was a wee bit thick, but they turned out ok. Next time I'll try adding some cream cheese or sour cream to make them a little less dry.

Great recipe. I substituted ground turkey for ground beef since my BF doesn't eat meat, but it was tasty all the same.

SO delicious. I was able to impress my boyfriend's parents with this gem :) Just thinking about it makes me hungry! I didn't have any lump problems but I did let the cream cheese sit out for a little while first.

Cranberry Sauce I

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
I don't like cranberry sauce, but this was pretty yummy. Doesn't even compare to serving it out of a can. Every time I make this, I have to hand out the recipe, everyone loves it. It's also insanely easy to make.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
To me, these tasted pretty much like any other pumpkin pie I've tasted. However, everyone else that tried it said it was awesome and asked for the recipe. Instead of the big pie, I used the mini graham cracker crusts for mini-pies. They came out cute and everyone ate them up real quick.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
BEST EVER. I thought I might be copping out by adding alfredo, but it was just so dang tasty. I used Bertolli's Roasted Garlic Alfredo from the jar. I've also used minced garlic instead of roasted garlic a few times, just to save time, and it didn't make too much of a difference. Sometimes I don't have shredded parmesan and leave it out.. I don't notice a difference. I've also made this recipe in my fondue pot, using minced garlic instead and it's just as good, if not better! One time I used the whole bag of Mozz though.. big mistake. Stick to the recipe and you'll be delighted! And if you have extra time, mix the garlic, spinach and artichokes in a container and let them meld together overnight. I did this for Thankgiving and the dip was even more amazing. I've made this several times and everyone LOVES it. A few people have even said that they HATED spinach and artichoke dip before this one! :)

YUM. I didn't have confectioners sugar so I blended up some sugar in the food processor and it tastes just fine! A little grainy but delicious all the same!

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
This was took a bit of time to make, and it didn't look so good while making it, but OH MY GOSH it was delicious. Even my picky boyfriend couldn't stop raving. I only made two edits: I added a tablespoon of oregano instead of 2 teaspoons and I used tortellini instead of regular pasta. This was amazing, I'll definitely be making it again.

As good as, if not better, than what you get at the restaurant. I had pre-breaded chicken so I didn't need to mak emy own breading, so I just added a dash of cayenne pepper and paprika to the auce mix. FABULOUS.

I changed the recipe to 4 servings and it was SO SALTY. Still pretty good, I might even make again, just with at least half the salt, or maybe none at all considering the vinegar and mustard.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

AMAZING! Followed users recommendations: Aluminum Free Baking Powder, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar.. SO GOOD. I used honey wheat ale (Honey Brown, to be specific) and I couldn't believe how easy and fabulous it was. Tried it with Sam Adams Cherry Wheat, but it wasn't as good or sweet. I'd go with "Honey Brown Ale", it was delicious with just butter! YUM! THANKS!

Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2005
absolutely fabulous. I didn't really know what to expect, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Probably one of the best recipes I've tried off of this site (and I use it atleast twice a week) The only things I changed were that I used spaghetti sauce instead of stewed tomatoes, and I also added green peppers. I think the green peppers really added flavor as well!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2005
this was excellent, but i did add a splash of orange juice and a little bit of lemon juice to soften the taste of the soy sauce. i also didn't kabob, i cooked chunks of chucken with carrots in the sauce on the stovetop after marinating for only 45 mionutes. delicious, everyone ate it all! even their vegetables!
