Homemade Wonton Soup
the BEST wonton soup i've had. Better than the chinese take-outs! Definitely a keeper. I recommend adding a cup or 2 of chicken broth coz the wontons like any pasta would absorb some of the broth after it has been cooked. I like my soup to be soupy than thick. LOVE LOVE it!!

Bacon Roasted Chicken
VERY GOOD! I marinated the chicken with all the ingredients for 24 hours before baking it. I rubbed the chicken with a tsp. of paprika, I ran out of onions to put inside the cavity, so i just used onion powder and added some garlic powder. the next day i placed the bacon strips on top of the chicken and put 2 cups of beef broth as it is called for in the recipe, i know some people used chicken broth instead of beef broth but i think the taste of this roasted chicken relies on the beef broth and the smoky flavor of paprika and bacon. (specifically used smoked bacon for this recipe) I'll definitely make this again. Baked it for 1 hour and 15 minutes then took out the bacon and added 20 minutes more baking time to brown the top of the chicken and make it slightly crispy. Hope this review helps.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
OMG! Im a beginner cook and this was my very first attempt to roast a chicken, I was so nervous that it would not come out good. I bought a 6.5 lb. chicken and tripled the recipe due to the fact that i have a bigger bird for what's called for. I didnt not have any allspice on hand so i used some rosemary. Marinated overnight, followed the recommended temperature and time, I did not have any drippings in the pan so I put in 3/4 cup of water and basted the chicken towards last 30 minutes of baking. My chicken needed another 20 minutes of baking to reach the internal temp of 180 degrees. My mother who's the toughest food critique along with my husband both said this chicken is so juicy and tender. They were all surprised to know the odd combination of spices in this recipe and how juicy and delicious it came out. This is definitely a keeper for a beginner cook like me!
