Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
These were incredible. The first time I made these I didn't have any peanut butter chips so I used 1 cup of peanut butter and softened it in the microwave before mixing it into the condensed milk. I then dumped all ingredients in a 9x13 dish, mixed it with a spatula and then pressed it down. AMAZING! The next time I used the pb chips and was a bit disappointed. USE PEANUT BUTTER INSTEAD . . . so much better.

Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots
I loved this recipe and my husband loved it even more. We love the taste white wine gives to a sauce. I made it a little different. I prepared the sauce separate from the chicken and baked the chicken in the oven. I cooked some plain rice to go with the chicken and with the sauce over both, it was an excellent meal. One of my new favourites!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
THESE ARE THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES EVER! I always have some of the cookie dough in the freezer so that whenever company comes by, I have some fresh cookies. All of my friends now have the recipe. The pudding is what makes this recipe amazing. I tried that Tollhouse recipe other reviewers mentioned and they didn't even compare to this recipe. My husband doesn't have a huge sweet tooth but he loves this recipe. The only thing he like for me to change is the amount of chocolate chips. My chocolate chip bags have 2 cups in each so I usually add a bag and about 1 and 2/3 cup of the second bag. AMAZING!
