MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2014
Fudgily fantastic! If you're looking for that chewy, soft, box-office texture, this recipe is you one to make. I should have made a double batch!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: May 25, 2014
Oh my gosh, you won't even be thinking about beef while eating these! There is a lot of flavor and so easy to customize! I rinsed and dried the beans, but didn't dry the onion mixture, but things still held together fine. Highly recommend to anyone!

Real Strawberry Frosting

Reviewed: May 18, 2014
I got so many compliments on this frosting, my friends were all asking for the recipe at our cookout! I paired it with a vanilla cupcake and everyone was raving. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great.

Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2014
Mmm I can already tell these won't last long at my house! I used the healthy recommendation of some reviewers and didn't use butter, just a little splash of milk. I also used low-fat cream cheese and crescent rolls. They taste amazing and I can't wait to customize with new fillings! I used Perdue Short Cuts to make it easier too. Definitely will make again!

Healthy Green Juice

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2014
I'm a starter juicer and found this to be delicious! I didn't use celery because I'm still not a complete greens lover haha but the rest was wonderful and you really tasted the tang of those apples more than anything else. Definitely recommend!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2014
Absolutely delicious! I've never had a more flavorful, moister banana bread. Like another reviewer suggested, I used 1/4 c. butter and 1/4 c. applesauce to lessen the fat and calories (every little bit helps!) and put my oven rack on the 2nd to bottom slot. I could easily eat this whole loaf myself!

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2013
This recipe is delicious! I followed all the instructions, including the very helpful comment to not mix the wet and dry items together too much. They came out wonderful! I love that these don't use oil or too much sugar either. I meant to save them for breakfast tomorrow but quite a few have already disappeared!

Salsa Cheese Boule Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2013
Have made this dip multiple times since I found it a few months ago and have gotten lots of compliments! The cooking time is a little high, so after a little after an hour it'll probably be done. AMAZING and addictive!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2013
Creamy and delicious! My roasted garlic didn't turn out, so I used 1 tsp. garlic powder instead. I spread the dip on small Boboli crusts and it was amazing. Definitely try this easy yummy dip!
