Pork Chops with Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce

Fantastic! It reheated wonderfully the next day for lunch. Did add some extra spices, but it would have been good as is. This is a keeper!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

What a wonderful recipe! Made four loaves and gave to friends who all loved it! I added some nutmeg and brown sugar to the second batch and that was good too. Best zucchini bread recipe I've ever come across. Thank you!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
It was a cold and dreary Autumn day and I wanted something really good and comforting for dinner. Found this recipe, made the soup and had a wonderful warm dinner. Very delicious! Fixed Pillsbury breadsticks as a side and it was the best meal. My compliments to the chef! Great job!

Smothered Beef Short Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
Absolutely scrumptious! The grocery only had one carton of beef stock, so I substituted Campbells French Onion soup (made from beef stock) and that worked out okay. Used baby carrots instead of chopped, that was good too. It was fun to make and it did make the house smell heavenly. A definite keeper in my cookbook! Thanks Michele!
