Great recipe! Very tasty, I added some maple syrup to half of mine 10 minutes prior to removing from oven. The syrup added some great flavor. Next time I make I'm going to mix melted butter cayenne pepper to the syrup and brush on again with 10 minutes remaing to help with browning, crisping, and adding sweet spicy flavor to this

Crab Dip

Great simple recipe. I added a tsp of lemon juice and a tbsp of old bay seasoning. I also added 1/4 cup of grated parmesean cheese(next time I will use shredded, will be creamier). Everyone at the party loved it

Scott's Savory BBQ Sauce

Great unique flavor. The next time I made it I added butter and water to cut down on the vinegar byte. Also added 1 tbl spoon of cayenne pepper for some more spice.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Very good recipe for the pork chops. I followed the recipe precisely the first time. The second time I cooked the sauce(wine, milk, soup) seperatly. I then used the sauce to dip the pork in. Turned out much better, more crisp.
