Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Taste was ok, but texture was totally off. Batter was far too thick. The amount of baking powder in it is far too much and caused the batter to rise like bread dough. It was too thick for bubbles to even form in the batter, letting you know when the cakes were ready to be flipped. I ended up with too-thick pancakes that were still raw in the middle. Next time I would cut the amount of baking powder and maybe add a bit more liquid.
