Kitty Litter Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
This cake took a little bit of work, but it was well worth it. I made two changes with this recipe. I used already made pudding instead of the instant vanilla pudding mix. The mix in the box clumped on me while cooking. I also didnt add as many tootsie rollls. Just a few pieces on the top of the cake. It was sooo funny to see the reactions of people when they saw this cake. They thought it was real.

A Plus Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2008
This is the best Carrot Cake recipe. I made this for someones birthday at work, and almost everyone had two pieces. I made a few changes. I used cake flour instead of all purpose flour. I added one more cup of carrots, and I didn't add the coconut. The recipe does not tell you to add in the allspice, but I added in with the dry ingredients. Other than the few changes mentioned above,I suggest you follow the receipe as instructed.

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2007
This is a excellent recipe. Very good taste. Someone suggested broiling the peaches for easier peeling. I don't suggest that you do that. Its takes away the taste from the peaches. I would suggest just using a peeler.

The Best Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2006
This is a excellent recipe for banana puddings. I am dieting right now, and I wanted to see what this would taste like with lowfat ingredients, so this is what I did. I used lowfat sweet condensed milk and vanilla wafers. I used 1% milk and lite vanilla wafers. The recipe calls for 14 banana's, but I think that was too many unless you really like bananas. I used only 9 or ten. Also the recipe call for a 12 ounce container of whipped topping. I didn't find the 12, it was 10oz or 16oz, so I used the 16oz. It made the pudding mixture more creamy. And one last thing, you don't need a 16oz box of vanilla wafers, the 12oz box worked great for me. I used a 13x9 baking glass dish and it turned out great. I hope my review helps.

Brownie Caramel Pecan Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2005
This recipe is really good, but I do have a few recommendations. I don't recommend that you use foil to line the baking pan. Just grease the baking pan with vegetable oil. Also this receipe makes too much carmel topping. I found that if you use about twelve to fifteen carmels instead of twenty five, it was more that enought to spread over the pecan bars. You can also use walnuts instead of pecans.

Italian Wedding Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2005
Someone at work gave me the idea to make this cake. She had a different recipe, and I wanted a recipe with more ingredients, so I came to All-Recipes.com. This is a great reciepe. My mother had several pieces and she normally does not eat a lot of sweet things. The only thing that I would recommend is using cake flour instead of all purpose flour.

Strawberries and Cream Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2005
This is really a good cake. Everyone at my relationship bible study loved it. I do suggest that you leave out the heavy cream, and just use strawberry cool whip, and add strawberries.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2004
I can't say enough about this recipe. It is the best. For me, it was enough to make two pans. If you have enough sauce left, freeze it to pour over spaghetti for another meal.
