This is the second time I've made these and this time they were perfect! I didn't add the SALT because I had salted butter. The first time I made them I added the salt and they were too salty. After I put the balls of dough on the cookie sheet I smashed them to about a little over half an inch thick and a inch apart from each other because I don't like flat cookies and i sprinkled some extra cinnamon/sugar on top then baked for 10 minutes. I took them out of the oven while they were still soft so they would not be too hard later. Everyone LOVES these cookies. Just made 40 and they are almost all gone!
