White Chili with Ground Turkey

Great new taste! Love the cinnamon! I only gave 4 stars because of an issue with it thickening up. I had a lot of time so I let it simmer and reduce for a couple hours. I also added 1/4 flour (whisked smooth in water first) to thicken. It turned out thick enough finally, and my sister in law, who is allergic to many ingredients in traditional red chile (onion, which I left out, beef and tomato, poor thing) was in heaven! Thanks!

Harwood Family Budget Friendly Salsa

I need to use a mix of the fire roasted and regular canned tomatoes, it was too smoky for me. Otherwise great!

Sausage Soup

My ultimate reviewers are my kids, and they liked this one! I used less tomato-a 14.5 oz can of diced... because of a picky kid. Used one garlic clove minced instead of garlic salt. Lots of flavor, easy and nutritious. We had it with cornbread and a salad, on a wintry night. YUMMY.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

We totally loved this! I had never used the cream over the top method before, and it just made it so crispy and flavorful!! I used more green chiles, but other than that, it was perfect for me (mexican food junkie) and my kids (picky)!!

Chicken Pot Pie V

I love this pot pie! I usually use refrigerated premade crust. I put the herbs that you use in the crust right into the meat mixture. The innards are delicious-just the right amount of spices! My kids love it too!
