Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I can see this being a great recipe, I will have to try making it again. I definately used too much parmesan topping. Will try again with a thinner coating of the parmesan.

Creme Brulee French Toast

Very good. I followed the directions exactly and thought it was a bit soggy in the middle, but I am not much of a french toast person. I might follow another recommendation to use 2 day old bread next time. Made it for Christmas morning, it was quick and easy and it sure did dissapear!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

WOW! Great recipe. I did add a can of beef broth when I slow cooked the beef. That made it so tender that it just fell apart. I followed the recipe exactly, I think next time I would add more barley, and a bit less wine. I used a cabernet which was a pretty powerful taste. Cant wait to try the leftovers today.

Brown Sugar Smokies

I have made this recipe before, but I use a toothpick for each, because they are extremely hot when they come out of the oven, and they go fast!! Put a thick layer of foil on your pan before they go into the oven. Makes for easy cleanup. That brown sugar is difficult to get off once it is baked on.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

These never made it to the crock pot to keep warm. Everyone loved them. Had only a few left, and I just put them in the oven for a few more minutes.

Green Bean Artichoke Casserole

Loved it! Not everyone likes artichokes, but I bought the small ones, and not a problem to scoop around them when serving. I used a bag of frozen green beans instead of canned. I think I tend to have a heavy hand when it comes to garlic, so it was a bit overpowering for some, but should be fine if you follow the directions. Will make again.
