Wonderful recipe with no substitutions, but did add an extra onion. Weight watchers - I figured out the recipe for points plus, and it comes to 5 points per serving for each of 6 servings. Tip- if you try to brown all the chicken and onions in a pan, they will all wind up steaming with no color. I had to begin the browning of the onions, then remove them and brown the chicken before putting all back in pan. My husband and I both loved it.
