Crustless Spinach Quiche
Made this on 12/26/10 and it was AWESOME! I made it exactly like the recipe but used 1 cup mozzarella and 2 cups sharp cheddar because that was what I had on hand. Also, I had a couple of egg yolks left over from another recipe I had made so threw those in as well to use them up. Baked it in a lightly greased 8 x 8 pan and served it in squares. This is a very quick and easy to make recipe. Try will love it!

Cinnamon Pie
I had never heard of cinnamon pie so decided I should give it a try. What a perfect recipe. EVERYONE should try this....don't change a's perfect just the way it is written. It is very easy to make and it is absolutely delicious. As other reviewers suggested, I used the Buttery Crunch Crust recipe submitted by Sal on this site and it was perfect with it. I am 82 years old and my husband said this was the best pie I have ever made. This is a keeper! Thanks for sharing this with us Sharon and "kudos" to your great-grandmother!

Buttery Crunch Crust
Absolutely fantastic recipe! I made it exactly like the recipe but used a lightly greased 10 inch glass pie pan instead of the 9 inch. I used the whole recipe for the crust instead of saving half of it for the topping and it covered the pan nicely. I did not bake it before putting the filling in. I made the Cinnamon Pie from this site that was submitted by Sharon Miller and the crust complimented the pie superbly! This is a real keeper. Would have given it 10 stars if I could. Will be making this often.
