The first time I made this recipe, I made the mistake of buying & using the hidden valley "Dips" mix instead of the dressing mix and oh boy, was it bad. There was a lot more sodium in the Dips mix and the chicken came out almost too salty to eat. I just made the chicken again today, using the right mix and it was good but it didn't blow me away. I may have over-pulverized the cornflakes, cause the chicken wasn't that crispy and didn't build up a great breading. I'd give it another shot though.
