Steakhouse Black Bread
What a beautiful bread this produces.Dense and flavorful, excellent with chowders. Really complimented our Fillet Mignon. Smeared with honey butter it was great on it's own.

Crab Salad III
Great balance of flavors. Everyone seemed to LOVE it, give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I wonder if brining would make this really be a 5 star recipe. Sorry, not that impressed with the end flavor of the meat itself.
