Szechwan Shrimp

Made this last night...my family loved it. They like spicy food, so it was perfect, otherwise you may want to cut back on the red pepper... Also, I'd read in another review to try using raw peeled shrimp instead of already boiled shrimp... good idea... I did just that. Only took about 2 minutes to cook them, and I had no problem with them turning out rubbery from being cooked twice. Also, I used about twice as much shrimp sa the recipe called for just because I had that much... It was fine. Don't need to double the recipe or anything else.
