This tastes very good...kind of reminds me of the taste of a Reeses' Peanut Butter Cup...but I won't use this recipe again. The consistency is not great at all. Mine turned out grainy and funny looking...not spreadable...didn't make a very good presentation at all. Also...it didn't make enough icing for a 2-layer cake. Again, though...it did taste very good...especially on a rich chocolate cake!

Maple Glazed Pork Loin

This recipe is GREAT!! New family favorite! SO QUICK to to whip up, too! I used REAL maple syrup, though...not "maple flavored syrup!" ...Not sure if that made a difference...but this is FABULOUS!
