Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I'm going to put 5 stars on this, even though I have never personally tried it (because I'm a vegetarian). But my family LOVES this! Even my picky eaters!! My 9yr old things is amazing and he hates onion soup and mushroom anything ;) They ask for seconds!! I throw in some potatoes & carrots with it as well. I usually use a 4lb bottom roast, because that is plenty of meat to feed my husband and 2 small children. This time I misread the recipe before heading to the grocery store and only grabbed one can of cream of soup... But it seems to be ok!! I do add about 1/2 more water because of all of the veggies I toss in.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I just made these again for the second time!! Still as good as the first time! I did however add a teensy bit of almond extract.... I filled the tablespoon almost all of the way with vanilla and just added a smidgen of almond... SO DELICIOUS!! And for those who have said they are only good straight out of the oven and get hard by the next day, this isn't so! If you put them in an airtight container they are good to go for a few days and stay nice and chewy! They are a HUGE hit with my kids (mainly because they are so big)! Definitely as good as the bakery cookies, if not better!

Dumplings
I decided to try a new dumpling recipe tonight after making the "bisquick" ones for years.... Only one dumpling turned out fluffy... the rest all fell to the bottom and were solid balls... :( The dough was also very sticky & wet and didn't form balls very well... I had to add an extra 1/2 cup of flour to the mix.
