Hot Onion Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
This dip was wonderful. Based on other reviews I changed the following; sauteed my onions first, added a sprinkling of red pepper flakes and used a 5 cheese blend (parmesean, asiago, romano, mozzarella and provolone..kraft makes this already shredded). I halved the recipe as I only had a few people over. They raved about it and of course wanted the recipe. I served the dip with vegetables and crackers. I also thought it would be fun to put the dip in a bread bowl. Will probably do that next time. Thanks for a fast, easy recipe!

Jordan Marsh Style Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2005
I have made two batches of these muffins in two days. My family loved this recipe. It is super easy, and the ingredients are things I always have on hand. I used cupcake liners, used 1 stick of margarine and also had enough batter for 15 muffins instead of the dozen stated with the directions. I did not need to leave them in the oven as long as the original time stated. Mine were done in 15 minutes. Will definitely make again.

Santa Fe Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2004
Awesome! The only thing I changed was not making the dressing in the blender...I just whisked the two dressing ingredients in a bowl by hand. I, too, needed to make double the dressing. Will definitely make again, the whole family loved it!!

Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2004
Very good! I didn't have chocolate covered toffee, so I used toffee bits and added dark chocolate morsels. A huge hit with the kids! My 8 year old daughter who claims she doesn't like oatmeal loved this recipe.

Romano Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2004
This was delicious! I was nervous about making an actual meal in the microwave, because generally I only use my microwave to defrost or heat something up, but this was very good, the entire family enjoyed it. I made the recipe exactly as stated, minus the tarragon (I didn't have any on hand.)Will definitely make again!!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2004
This is an awesome recipe. I was a little worried when I first started mixing the ingredients. It was extremely dry until I added the zucchini and really mixed it in. They baked perfectly and the frosting was delicious. Would definitely make again and you would never know there was zucchini in the mix!
