My kids loved this cake. I cut back on sugar and added a little more flour. I also used applesauce and a lot less oil. Came out moist and fluffy!

Raspberry Banana Bread

This is excellent!!! I used applesauce instead of the oil and only added a little water. Next time, I will use applesause and no water. It is so moist and delicious! Definitely try it out!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

My whole family loved this. After assembling the chicken, ham & cheese I rolled the chicken through some Italian bread crumbs and then used a little spray oil on them so they would have some crunch to them. Will definitely make again!!!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

What an easy recipe. I put all kinds of seasonings all over the chicken the night before and let it sit in the refrigerator. It tasted great. The chicken fell right off the bone. The skin does not get crunchy but we don't eat it. Next time, I think I will put seasonings under the skin so the flavor goes right into the meat. Great to use for leftovers.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Loved this recipe! I will definitely make this again! I just sprinkled the chicken with a small amount of taco seasoning. The enchilada sauce, chilies and onions gave everything enough flavor.

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

I really enjoyed this recipe. It is full of nutritional goodness without giving up any flavor. I actually forgot to put cheese on it and it was still great. This is a great recipe to mix different vegetables with. I think next time I am going to use spinach instead of asparagus.

Super Easy Chicken Chili

I like spicy, but I also cut the cayenne in 1/2. It was great for my hubby and me but the kids thought it was still too spicy. Oh yeah, I added garlic to this for some extra flavor.

Whipped Potatoes
