This was the best meatloaf I have made. Absolutely delicious. Taking the advice of other users I did make a few changes. 1. I used lean ground turkey. 2. Sauteed a half onion and a 1/2 bellpepper with 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and butter. 3. Added 2 teaspoons of Worcestshire sauce and 1 teaspoon of Heinze 57 to meat mixture along with seasoning. 4. Only used 2 teaspoons of light brown sugar to 1 cup of Ketchup and 1 teaspoon of Worcestshire sauce for topping ***you will want to make extra topping** 5. Cooked for 1 hour and 30 minutes and drained excess liquid mid way through. Soooo moist but not falling apart. Very Good!
