Pollo Fajitas

This was so delicious, our entire family of 5 devoured it! The only change I made was to substitute chipotle chili powder in place of the chili powder, and I used Cholula for the hot pepper sauce.

Lobster Bisque

This one was just ok. It was definitely bland for our taste, and that was after already adding creole seasoning and the cayenne pepper. I might make it again, if I could figure out what was missing.

This was a pretty good recipe! I think next time I will add even more garlic (I read the reviews and added a small amount). I halved the amount of chicken and doubled the amount of sauce & mushrooms, then served over whole grain pasta. We still have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow too!

Creamy Strawberry Crepes

They were good, but a bit too sweet. So much so that my 3 and 5 year old couldn't finish theirs! I would cut back on the whipped cream and powdered sugar next time.

Andouille and Chicken Creole Pasta

We love this one! The first time I made it, it was a little bland. Now I just make sure to add plenty of Cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper.

Creamy Crabby Pasta

This was excellent! I did add some sauteed garlic and cajun seasoning to give it some kick, but very yummy. We will definitely have this one again.

Baja Stuffed Potatoes

We love this one! I find that we always end up with a lot of the mixture left, so I like to put all the mix into a casserole dish, as opposed to back into the potato skins. Always a crowd pleaser!

Penne a la Vodka III

I agree with others that this recipe was definitely missig something! My husband said it was good, not great. I am going to think about it and try it again with something else added for more flavor.
