Chili Rellenos Casserole

i love it! I especially like it when I get to mix my favorite Herdez salsa with equal parts of the tomato sauce! Gives me goosebumps it's so delish! Even better the next day! Heck, I eat it cold! As for the Ench sauce? I think it has a bitter taste to it. If that's my only choice, I make brown gravy (from scratch) and mix them together about ench60%/gravy40%.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2014
i make this all the time! I use the margarine and it seems to come out better than when i use butter, I don't know why. Also I have made and measured the popcorn over and over again, and every time, wit about 10 unpopped kernels, I use 2 CUPS of uncooked popcorn and it always always always makes 8 qts. I make this recipe as stated and have never had a bad batch ..until I used the butter ? wonder why?

Old Fashioned Strawberry Pie

delicious! but I did add some fresh rhubarb! YUM! Also, I learned a trick from an old Coast Guard Officer...Beat an egg (yes, brush the top with it and sprinkle with sugar for a beautiful shiny golden crust) brush it on the bottom of the bottom crust. This makes it so it is not soggy!

The picture and recipe sound like what I had in mind, but don't look or taste like what my mind had in mind.

The Original Fantasy Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2013
I have made this exact recipe for decades. It always comes out perfect if I always do two things: 1. Only use margarine. 2. Start timing your 5 minutes as soon as it just starts to boil, and only go 4-4 1/2 minutes, not five. it is always creamy, never dry and crumbly, but it is if i go 5 minutes or if I use butter, then it is just awful...
