Healthy Green Juice
This is a great body cleanser but I got rid of my juicer because of the waste of important pulp, the only complete way to get all the benefit of these juices is with a Nutra Bullet. Best hundred dollars I ever spent. these recipes are totally wonderful for your body and mind but you need all that the fruit and veggies have to offer. I also add blueberries, strawberries or blackberries to the tropical drink.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
I have tried the soup and its a good recipe, I do mine a little different and have good reviews when I serve it, small children can enjoy it also as I don't use red pepper flakes.Instead of ground sausage I use Johnsonville mild Italian sausage links, Olive Garden uses this also, for the two of us I use three links. With a point of a sharp knife I poke about three holes in each link. Put them in a Dutch Oven with about an inch of water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and let simmer until water is gone and sausages are done. Remove. Let cool and slice on the diagonal about 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide.Cook bacon, onion and garlic in same pan with a little oil until crispy and remove and drain on paper towel. Peel and cut potatoes, I use about 2 large for the two of us, into quarters. Bring water and potatoes to a boil, cook until done and add prior ingredients. Add broth or water with bouillion and cook until hot. Add 3 to 4 Cups Kale and cream. Simmer about 4 minutes and serve with croutons on top. Sausages may be cooked in the oven on a cookie sheet at 300 degrees until done, drain, cool and slice.

JoeDogg's Spicy Red Beer
This is what our favorite hangout always served as a Bloody Mary only with a stalk of celery, the day after a fun night. They are great and depending on how much fun we had determined how much Tabasco went in it. :)
