This went down very well with my family. It reminded me a little of a risotto. I used spiral pasta, and added some fresh basil, parsley, thyme and oregano as well as some salt and pepper. I also didn't use the zucchini, because i am not really a fan. I loved how quick and easy this recipe was, i'll definitely make it again.

Banana Bread V

This was really, really yummy, but the final verdict was that it is more of a cake than a bread. All the same, it dissapeared in less than a day! I used more bananas (3, rather than 1 cup worth) and topped it off with some brown sugar and cinamon. Thanks for a great recipe.

Welfare Cake

Very, very yummy! The flavour was perfect for a chocolate cake. Not too rich but in no way bland. I did expect it to be a little more moist, but I don't think that made it any worse. I also glazed it with strawberry jam to give it a little something extra.

Biscuit Tortoni

This is sooo delicious. My aunt always makes this for christmas and it is always a hit. We were having a party, so I decided I'd try to show my aunt up, and I succeeded spectacularly. The only problem I had was that it was very messy to make, but maybe that was just me. Thankyou for sharing. I will definitely make this again.

Best Brownies

Scrumptious, and really quick to make. The texture of the brownies was really soft, which is just the way I like it. I found the frosting a bit difficult to make. Next time I wont use the honey and I'll add some more butter. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks.

Orange Muffins

Very tasty. It went down a treat with my family. I didn't use the topping, but I added chocolate chips to give them some extra decadence. I found it a bit dry, so next time, I'll take the advice of others and add some extra juice.
