Banana Banana Bread

Baked this recipe today, it was delicious! FYI: I am not a baker, so everything after this is just me experimenting. I didn't intend to make any changes, but I did use a couple different ingredients based on what I had available. I used dark brown sugar (since it wasn't specific with light or dark), egg beaters (since I was out of eggs), and I thought my 4 bananas would equate to the 2 1/3 cup it asks for, but it only came out to be about 1 1/2 cups. It turned out great. The crust is a bit crunchy, so right when I pulled it out of the oven, I placed a damp paper towel over it for 10 minutes. Then I turned it out onto the cooling rack and put another damp towel over it. The crust ended up slightly chewy rather than crunchy which I liked. Will definitely make it again.
