Roasted Spicy Mustard Potatoes

Flavor great, dryness bad. I am going to try them again but I will first parboil the potatoes and add a little olive oil to the mixture.

Glazed Corned Beef

Cowboy Cookies III

Excellent Cookies. Made exactly as written only upping the vanilla extract to 2 teaspoons. Crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. Yum.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

I don't like cauliflower very much but I loved it prepared this way. The garlic is wonderful with it. Only change was that I didn't have fresh parsley.

Great quick alfredo sauce. I made as the recipe stated and also made another time subbing chicken broth for the milk and added some fresh basil before tossing with homemade pasta. Wonderful and easy. Thanks!

Apple Crisp II

AMAZINGLY GOOD. Just the right amount of topping. I added a little more cinnamon and some nutmeg and decreased the water to a couple to Tbsp per other reviews. Will be making this again and again. Everyone loved it.

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Great recipe. I left out the heavy cream and used some chicken broth, Neufchatel cream cheese and extra pesto. It was wonderful. My 18 month old even gobbled it up!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Excellent recipe. I love the flavor. I cook the chicken breast with some salsa for extra flavor. Add extra garlic. Sometimes I stir in some cream cheese at the end for a creamier broth.

Super Sausage Gravy

Fabulous. You can't mess it up unless you cook it too fast. I used 1/2 the sausage (just because I needed to double the amount and only had one roll). I added a little garlic powder, onion powder and a TON of fresh black pepper. My husband was astounded that I finally was able to make good gravy.
