Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls
Except for the pounding out the chicken breasts, this was surprisingly simple. After rolling up the chicken, I browned seam-side down without toothpicks. I didn't really bread, just sprinkled some Panko crumbs over rolls then baked for 30 minutes at 350°F to reach 165° interior temperature. Made the sauce as directed and it was all delicious. Thanks for a very nice recipe.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Great recipe! Better than rotisserie chicken from the store because it's not all ooey & gooey on the outside, nice & crisp. And what a great idea of putting the chicken in the bag then seasoning it. I made more mess measuring out the spices than coating the chicken. Drippings make great gravy. Chicken is tasty & moist. What more could you want? Long slow roasting does wonders for chicken. Thanks so much for all your comments & suggestions. And thanks, Sue, for a wonderful recipe.

Gale's Grilled Shrimp
Simple, yes, but not spectacular. Grilling with the shells on cements the shells to the shrimp in some cases. Also very messy to peal and eat because of the debris from grilling.
