I am retired and have all the time I need to peruse cook books and on line recipes. I am an avid antique dealer/collector. I recently met and married a wonderful Christian man named Scott. I love to experiment; if the recipe has too many ingredients I either cut them down or replace them with something else. I will try a recipe as is only once; from then on it is fair game! Although we have added a few new things, family holiday meals are normally turkey and all the trimmings; my sis used to make everything but she is now 76 years old and we all share in the preparation. Chicken Marsala, although just a simple dish, is extraordinary when prepared correctly! Believe it or not, I really have not had a real one!
