Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Very good! I made them with black beans and smashed them prior to adding them to the onions and garlic. Also I halved the recipe and it still made eleven 8 inch burritos, though I must admit my burrito folding skills are not very good. These were very tasty! Thank you!

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Loved this! My mom and dad said they didn't like eggnog, but tried this and were blown away! They said it tasted like liquid pumpkin pie! Thank you for the great recipe! We'll never buy eggnog from the store again!

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

Very yummy! I did make a number of changes. I used 1 cup of onions instead of 3/4, and used 1 cup of red peppers instead of 3/4 cup of green. I also added 1/2 cup of zucchini and 1/2 cup of yellow squash to the sauce. The sauce itself I made from an old recipe. Lastly, I used olive oil and added fresh spinach to the layers.

Grandmother Stougaard's Caramel Pecan Sweet Rolls

Absolutely delicious! I used butter rather than margarine and omitted the water in the sauce and instead added more butter. Very yummy! I just wish you didn't have to wait so long!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Delicious! I've made it with rice and quinoa, and both are delicious! I typically use brown sugar instead of white sugar just out of personal preference.

Banana Oat Muffins

Very yummy! I used pecans rather than walnuts, and it turned out great! Next time I am going to try 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar sugar rather than all white sugar.

Blueberry Lemon Breakfast Quinoa

I loved this recipe! I used almond milk instead of regular milk and didn't add flax seed as I had none. I also was without lemons so I used lemon juice and added a little orange zest. This recipe made for a great breakfast! Thanks!
