Bacon Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2013
Yummy! Had to really adjust the cooking time. I had a 3.5lb roast and it took 1 1/2 hours on 350 degrees. The glaze got a little dark (probably because of the cooking time) so I would cover it next time for the first half of cooking, but will definitely make again!!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2013
Oh My Yumminess!!!! Followed the directions to the "T" and ended up with THE MOST flavorful pulled pork I've EVER had!! What a wonderful way to use up an otherwise, sometimes boring piece of meat...so good, I've got another one in the slow cooker today!! I made a large 3.5lb loin roast so I'd have leftovers!!

Meaty Buns Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2013
Was a little skeptical about the hamburger bun texture of this dish but was pleasantly surprised. I do wonder if maybe toasting the buns in advance might make the finished product a little better, but in the end this was a great recipe, very tasty and filling and I have 2 teens and an 8 year old plus a hubby that all eat alot!! I used a light mexican blend cheese and turkey pepperoni. Everyone in the family loved it, even my finicky 17 year old, so this is a keeper for sure!!

Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2013
My family LOVED this....I doubled the recipe, and it served my family of 5 (including 2 men!) easily with leftovers, which is a hit with my husband, and even tickled my picky 17 year old daughters taste buds

Campbell's® Slow-Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2013
My family, even my picky daughters, loved this dish. I did take the advice of some of the other reviews and used refrigerated biscuit dough, cut each one in half (mine were small) and just gently rolled them up and dunked them in...it took about 1 hour to cook the dumplings, but they were heavenly, slightly browned on top and now mushy at all!! Next time, for my families taste, I'll cut way back on the carrots, dice the potatoes much smaller and add alot of mushrooms...it's kind of a great "make it your own" recipe! It's been added to our 'regular' dinners! I served with Jasmine Rice, but egg noodles would be great too, or even mashed potatoes!
