Amish Casserole

I have been making this for years, except my recipe calls for 1/2 of a chopped medium onion and 8 oz velvetta ( I use more) instead of American cheese. I always get asked for the recipe

This was really good!!! I did season my chicken before I cooked it, with some salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also added minced garlic to my onions. I added fresh chopped parsley on top after cooking like someone else suggested. Next time I will try with fat free dressing and skinless thighs & breasts. I also only added a little bit of water to my ranch dressing. But really tasty, my family loved it.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This was the best!!! I drizzled the remaining sauce over rice and my husband just raved about it. My three year old asked for more fish 3 times. I will always make my mahi mahi like this.

Chili I

My husband was in a chili cook-off with my sister and father (who both think they make the best chili.) Well, my husband burnt his chili (which was probably a blessing since it didn't taste to well to begin with). Anyway, I searched the site and read the reviews and decided to make it. My husband took the credit and the 1st place ribbon. It really is a great chili!!!! Thanks for the recipe.

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

I made this pie for my husband and he loved it!!! He doesn't like pies with 2 crusts so this was great.I'm making it to take to my mom's for Thanksgiving.

Baked Pineapple Casserole

I made this for a potluck at work and everyone asked for the recipe,it's alittle different from the pineapple casseroles I've made in the past. I did like others,and cut back on the sugar by half. I also added cheddar cheese on top, because I've always had cheese on my casserole and everything is better with cheddar.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

They chicken was very tender and fall of the bone, but the skin never got crisp and I don't like chicken skin that's not crisp. I ended up using the chicken in another recipe.Chicken and Rice casserole that was delicious.
