Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2014
This was very good but I doctored it a bit. I added about a 1/2 cup chicken stock and a few dashes of Frank's Red Hot. Also added about a 1/4 tsp garlic powder and lots of cracked black pepper. Will def add to my recipe box!

Lemon Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
This cake was delish! I didn't have lemon pudding, so I subbed vanilla pudding and added a tsp. of lemon extract and it turned out fine! Also made a glaze using 1 cup confectioner's sugar, about a tblsp. milk, and 1 tsp. lemon extract. Next time I will make sure I have fresh lemons on hand so I can use the zest and juice instead of the extract. Also, as with many other reviewers, I had to cook mine for about 50 min. My family raved and that cake was gone in 2 days flat! Will def make again. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2011
I love fudge and had never made it before, so I decided to yry this b/c it's so easy. I followed other reviewer's suggestions and used 1 c. semi-sweet chips and 2 c. milk choc. chips. i lined the baking dish with foil and then sprayed it with cooking spray. Came out beautifully and was sooo good! This is a keeper, and I plan on making it every Christmas! :)

I am NOT a cake person. Never was. But this cake is exceptional, people. So chocolatey and rich. It is to die for!

White Brownies

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
I made these with my 3 yr. old daughter last night, and they turned out great. I did increase the milk to 1/2 c., as some other reviewers suggested, and cooked them in a preheated 325 degree oven for exactly 30 min, and they were throughly cooked. My husband loved them. A great recipe b/c it so easy, and the only things I had to buy were the cake mix (oh, i used butter cake mix) and the butterscotch chips!

Hoagie Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2005
This was great! I made it for a 4th of July party and everyone loved it. The only thing is it doesn't keep well. I had it indoors with the air conditioning on and it still only lasted for about an hour before it started going south. A quick, easy, and cheap appetizer. Thanks Joe!

Maple Sausage Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2005
I love sausage, and was really excited to make these. To my dismay they turned out really greasy. We really didn't care for them and I won't be making again. Sorry! :(

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2004
This was very good. And easy. My husband loved it. I made it with fresh corn and chicken-flavored rice. I did add some Season All to the cracker crumbs, as another reviewer had suggested. Will make again and again! Thanks Heather.

This was great...quick and easy and good. My husband loved it, and he's very picky. Would definitely recommend, and will be a staple in my house.
