This recipe was amazing. I followed the recipe except added more clams and substituted turkey bacon. Will make again. Easy, quick and awesome taste

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2012
Made this last night and as others had advised, I doubled the sauce (used 12 chicken thighs). Also I covered and baked at 350 for about an hour. Delicious and this would be great on salmon or shrimp.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
This needed something - wasn't "tangy" enough for my tastes - maybe needs extra barbeque sauce...

Best Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2012
This was amazing. I used 1% milk and about 3/4 cup of sugar. I also used french bread sliced and toasted. Easy and always have items on hand. This is a winner. Doesn't even need the vanila sauce!

Easy Pumpkin Cream Trifle

Amazing dessert. Was a big hit. Followed the recipe exactly. Might try again with banana pudding instead of cheesecake pudding.

Best Ever Party Appetizer

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
This dip was a big hit with my family. Followed the recipe except I spread the goat cheese on a platter rather than try to cut it in pieces.

PHILLY Hot Crab Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
Made this dip yesterday and it was a big hit. Followed instructions, but added about 1/2 cup of pepper jack cheese to give it a little kick. Also baked for about 30 minutes to brown it slightly.

Dutch Apple Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
I made this pie yesterday for my mother-in-law and followed the recipe exactly. I didn't taste it, but my husband said it was awesome, but a little runny. I made one today for us and tossed the apples with a little flour and it held together nicely. And I completely forgot the vanilla extract, but didn't miss it at all. The crust was awesome, but more of a cobbler than a pie to me. I also did as others suggested and added a little cinnamon (to the apples). This is a keeper!

Followed to the "t" and it was perfect! Almost as easy as store bought, but tastes better :)

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
This was my first attempt at a lemon meringue pie and it was awesome and relatively easy. I followed other comments and made 1 1/2 times the filling and meringue. I also used 2% milk instead of water. My only comment is that I had about 3/4 cup of lemon juice (about 3 large lemons) - next time I will use more lemon juice for a stronger lemon flavor.

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
This soup was great - I did add an extra can of clams and also a bag of frozen corn. And used 2% milk instead of cream to cut calories and fat - it was DELICIOUS!!!

PHILADELPHIA New York Cheesecake III

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
This cheesecake was awesome. Next time I will add a little sugar to the graham cracker crust. The package on the graham crackers says to add 3 TBS of sugar - I didn't as I followed this recipe exactly, but the crust wasn't sweet enough. Also, I did bake in a water bath and the cheesecake came out perfect.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
Wonderful! I was looking for my recipe that calls for some of these ingredients and white cheddar cheese. I couldn't find it, so I just added some white cheddar cheese and it came out great. We double wrap in foil and cook on the grill - indirect heat for about 1 hour, flipping it over ever 6-8 minutes.

While these cookies tasted great, they were very soft and were more like a cake than a cookie.

This meatloaf was awesome. I used a combination of veal, pork and ground beef. It was even better the next day as leftovers.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This recipe was awesome. The only changes I made were that I added a little more garlic - about 3 cloves. Also, I used a rotisserie chicken but would probably add a little more chicken than the 2 cups it called for.
