Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Made this last night and as others had advised, I doubled the sauce (used 12 chicken thighs). Also I covered and baked at 350 for about an hour. Delicious and this would be great on salmon or shrimp.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
This needed something - wasn't "tangy" enough for my tastes - maybe needs extra barbeque sauce...

Best Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce
This was amazing. I used 1% milk and about 3/4 cup of sugar. I also used french bread sliced and toasted. Easy and always have items on hand. This is a winner. Doesn't even need the vanila sauce!
