Southwest Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
Yummy! Loved it. I didn't have any green onions or chicken thighs. I used yellow onions and boneless chicken breast and it came out great. I also cooked the onions when browning the chicken.

Chocolate Mug Milkshake

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
Made this for my girls. I skipped the cinnamon and they liked it. The only thing I would change is start with half the milk because it was a little thin. I added more icecream to make it thicker.

Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
Awesome!! This reminded me of the recipe my mom used to make. I didn't have any water chestnuts or ginger but the recipe was wonderful anyway. My kids don't like peppers so I adjusted the amount or I would be eating a lot of peppers. I already had peppers chopped so it only took me 30 minutes from start to finish. This recipe is very adaptable! Adding it to my recipe box.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
I made this for a gathering I had a few years ago and actually wanted to be able to enjoy myself instead of cooking. I made 6 chickens at once and the meat was falling off the bone. Wish I could make this all the time but takes too long. Wonderful dish for gatherings!

Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
I've tried so many different recipes for meatballs and this is the best. It worked with regular (80%) beef and (90%)lean beef. The meatballs were used for spaghetti sauce and they were perfect. I did make them smaller for the sauce but just perfect. It was so easy!

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2004
THANK YOU THANK YOU.... I decided to go milk-free because of a severe lactose intolerance last November. I do well for awhile then I slip back into chocolate bars, cookies, cakes. I love this cake!!!!! It makes my tummy very happy and I don't get sick... I took the advice to add 1/2 tsp salt and I added some chocolate chips to the batter. Mine baked in 35 minutes. I used a small amount of prepared frosting for this cake and it was wonderful. I am going to freeze serving size pieces so I can enjoy cake with my family! Now I am going to give this recipe to all my friends with dairy and egg allergies.
