About this Cook
I like cooking, and bunches of other stuff but I don't want to bore you with my life story.
My favorite things to cook
I like cooking a variety of foods, and I usually only make things once unless they were exceptionally good. I used to like baking, but now I'm getting into "real food", like meat, desserts, drinks, etc.
My cooking triumphs
I was making hollandaise sauce and it didn't look too good, and my mom told me to start over, but I saved it and she was in shock because even she didn't know how to do that. :) Everyone pretty much loves all my food, but I get most of my recipes from here, so I thank you.
My cooking tragedies
I think I've only really messed up one or two things, but no funny stories to go along with them.

Chicken Tagine with Couscous
Good, but not amazing. The flavors were a little too sweet for my taste. I used whole chicken legs to make this, so I left out any chicken broth.

It was delicious! I used some straight noodles in the dish instead of serving on rice. I put in three large carrots and used the white parts of the green onion instead of the "half onion". I marinaded the chicken in soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and drops of sesame oil and fish sauce.

Bev's Orange Chicken
So tender and flavorful! Next time, I'll marinate the chicken in the marinade mixture for even better flavor.
