Slow Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken
This was outstanding. I used a 4 to 5 pound chicken so I added 4 tbs more of butter and about half tbs more of lemon pepper. I also seasoned it with basil and some slap ya mama cajun seasoning instead of seasoned salt. I used about half a large lemon. I squeezed a little on the chicken and cut the rest and put inside the cavity. I did add 2 garlic cloves (smashed) under the skin of the chicken. I also added a sprig of fresh Rosemary. Cooked on high for 3 hours and low for 2 hours.

Pumpkin Parfait
I doubled the recipe and let it cool in a trifle dish, then served it with an ice cream scooper in parfait cups with whipped cream, cinnamon and pumpkin spiced marshmallows on top :-) my boys loved it and me too! I bet adding some crumbs to the bottom would also be good, like pie crumbs or graham cracker ones

Chicken Florentine Casserole
Great recipe. I spiced it up on each level with some Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning and also in the sauce. I used more Italian seasoning and I also seasoned the chicken breasts before cooking them with garlic powder and Slap Ya Mama. I also used more mushrooms and 2 cans of the soup instead of one...had 5 chicken breasts...def making this again!
