This turned out great. I was able to get 2-12" pizza dough from this recipe. I also kneaded the dough by hand till smooth. Freezes excellent.

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls

I only wanted to make an 8x8 pan, so I reduced all the ingredients in half, except the brown sugar/butter mix. Turned out perfect!

Buttery Corn Bread

This turned out great. Made it exactly the way it was stated....awesome! I chose to make muffins, if you do this, you will have to reduce the cooking time to about 18-20 minutes. Thanks for the great recipe!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2012
I followed the recipe as stated, and it came out too watery. It did not thicken. It still tasted good, but I would prefer thicker.

Awesome! Don't change a thing. Make sure your cookies are completely cool before removing from pan or they will crumble.

Didn't change a thing...very yummy!! I chose to put all the soup in the processor, but that's just a personal preferance. Thanks for the recipe!

These are so good! The only change I made was to double the amount of cheese. I also used Clubhouse Garlic Seasoning Plus instead of garlic powder. These freeze excellent. Thanks for the recipe.

Foolproof Rib Roast

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
This was my first rib roast I ever made; followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. I used a small roast, about 3 lbs. It came out well done, so I would probably cut down the cooking time next time. Still came out delicious. Thanks!

Crispy Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
Love it!! I'm so used to cooking fish in bread crumbs, this was such a great change. Only changes were dredging in flour first and adding 1/2 tsp of garlic seasoning. They came out so crispy!

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
Very yummy! I didn't have red peppers so I cut up 2 carrots instead. I cut the carrots the same size as the potatoes and cooked them the same time I cooked the potatoes. Simple, tasty recipe! On a side note: If by chance you have any left overs, this tastes great fried up with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Two meals from one dish!

Ciabatta Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
I don't have a bread machine, so I do this the old-fashioned way. I dissolve the sugar in warm water and then add the yeast till it foams. Then add the remaining ingredients. It is quite sticky to work with, but well worth it. Thanks for a great recipe!
