Good recipe, I decreased the amount of honey by a third because I don't like sweets and it turned out well. Don't skimp on the 1/2 inch thickness, it'll help them bake.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

This tastes exactly like fudge you can buy at the candy shoppe. I took the advice of other raters and used 2 cups of brown sugar, 3 cups of confectioners sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter- used skim milk in the amount specified. This really is terrific but I'm not really a sweet lover, I would have liked if it hadn't been as sweet.

Italian Stuffed Zucchini

Very good, added some spinach and ricotta cheese to the mixture. Also, let it cook for 30 minutes before throwing the cheese on top and letting it melt.

Baked Lemon Chicken

Baked Zucchini Chips

After reading other reviews I added some additional spices but these were still pretty bland. I also think that the slice size recommended is too big, if they're smaller they'll be crispier and I think that's what I'll try next time.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

This crust is by far the best one I have made and I have tried to make many. I used only whole wheat flour but it was fabulous. Soft but not too chewy and it was still crispy enough for my tastes. I'm going to be making it again shortly.

Wheat Crackers

These are great. I tried the regular recipe as is (with the exception of using applesauce instead of oil) and I also tried as some people suggested using some spices and sugar. Personally, I thought the original was much better. I don't see a need to add any spices or put oil on top of the crackers before you bake them. I also found that the thinner you get these the better they are and I found that they needed to cook longer than advertised. But, I am making these again today.

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

The fish was awesome! Well, it would have been super awesome if it had stopped at the salt and pepper, searing and baking. The breading though was less than impressive, too bland and it took away from the fish.

Dry Rub for Ribs

Rub was hot until it was cooked, at which point it was really just sweet. I was hoping it'd be hotter. As for the complete final tasting I'd have to try it again, the ribs it was on weren't the best quality.

Spicy Crusted Swordfish With Citrus-Walnut Sauce

The orange and pecans (I substituted the walnuts) made this absolutely fabulous. Incredibly unique and sweet taste which totally killed any "fishy" taste you would expect. I usually hate to eat any fish but I loved this!
