Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This is amazing... made just as is. no water bath...not needed as some might suggest. Perfectly delicious. No cracks, lovely color and texture. People who were complaining about it being brown must have wrong oven temps or mine is wrong! Just heavenly to eat. Smooth and creamy. would give it 10 stars if I could. The only thing I did differently was add more butter to the crust. I used 15 rectangles of graham crackers and not squares.. it needed more butter to hold it together...YUMMY!
