Irish Tea Cake

A very good cake to enjoy with coffee or tea. A word of warning: this cake needs parchment paper lining. I didn't use it the first time and it stuck to the pan.

This soup is so tasty. I made the following changes: I used chicken broth to cover potatoes instead of water, I added a chopped sweet onion, and I only used one can of evaporated milk. I also topped the soup with crumbled bacon. Yum.

Glazed Lemon Supreme Pound Cake

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

This was fabulous. I took others advice and only used 2.5 lbs of potatoes. I also used less butter, fat free cream of chix soup and reduced fat sour cream. My five year old came back for seconds

Chocolate Chip Bars

Johnny's Biscuits

These are the most moist and deliciuos biscuits I have ever put in my mouth. I didn't have any buttermilk, so I used milk and vinegar and they came out perfect. No more bisciut mixes for me.

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole

Very Easy to make and pretty tasty. I used one can of cream of celery and one can of cream of chicken. Only complaint is that the dish is a little on the salty side.

Colombian Aji

OMG! This is a fantastic recipe. The sauce has the same taste as the sauce my Columbian friends make. A great tomato- less salsa, if you are staying away from tomatoes this summer. Eat it with everything.

Overnight Bubble Bread

Outstanding! I made these on Thanksgiving and my husband loved them. One thing I did different was I only used half the box of pudding and I put the pudding in a tea strainer and sprinkled it over the rolls.That seemed to take care of the issue where all the pudding was not being dissolved. Very rich so I'll just make these on special ocassions or when I'm just trying to show off

Gooey Butter Cake III

This is a great recipe. For something different I also added a block of goat cheese and 2 TBL of unsweetened cocoa in the cream cheese mixture. It was delicious
