Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These cookies came out delicious. As usual I substituted spelt flour for all purpose flour and added nuts. I also followed other users advice and refrigerated the dough for a couple of hours

OMG! This is a fantastic recipe. The sauce has the same taste as the sauce my Columbian friends make. A great tomato- less salsa, if you are staying away from tomatoes this summer. Eat it with everything.

BBQ Country Style Ribs

These were pretty good. Next time I'll season the ribs more and sear then before I out them in the oven. Also, these taste much better the next day.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Oh these scones are soooo good. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because I substituted 1/2 cup of whole milk plain yogurt and 1/2 cup sour cream for sour cream. I only cook with spelt flour and it came out great. Those who have wheat allergies can do the same by using 1 1/4 c spelt for 1 cup flour (5 cups for this recipe). Way to go Grandma Johnson!

Cuban Black Beans II

I made these beans for some vegetarian friends we had over for dinner. This was an awesome and easy recipe. The beans came out perfect. My family loves meat, but they have now requested these beans in our dinner rotation

These are the most moist and deliciuos biscuits I have ever put in my mouth. I didn't have any buttermilk, so I used milk and vinegar and they came out perfect. No more bisciut mixes for me.

Chicken and Dumplings III

Very tasty.I made this recipe with three large chicken breasts and added some baby carrots (suggestion from previous reviewer). I salted the broth which made the end meal a little salty. Will try next time with little or no salt.

This is delicious. My husband says this is better than a skor candy bar. I am eight months pregnant and if this wasn't easy to make I wouldn't be making it. This will fill all my gift baskets.

Overnight Bubble Bread

Outstanding! I made these on Thanksgiving and my husband loved them. One thing I did different was I only used half the box of pudding and I put the pudding in a tea strainer and sprinkled it over the rolls.That seemed to take care of the issue where all the pudding was not being dissolved. Very rich so I'll just make these on special ocassions or when I'm just trying to show off
