Texas Cowboy Stew
These ingredients have been doubled already. This will serve 20 easily with cornbread. All the ingredients would not fit into my crockpot. Easy and good!

Sausage and Bean Ragout
This is the ABSOLUTE BEST soup ever. It is easy to make as well. I only had northern beans, dried, that I'd presoaked. So, I was in a rush the night I made it. I sauteed the meat & onion, then the garlic, brought the base to a boil, threw in a 350 degree oven and left the house for alittle over an hour. When I returned, I tossed the noodles in, grated the cheese and then stirred in the spinach at the end. This meal was a huge hit. My husband says, "Its the best soup EVER." Thanks, allrecipes. You win again. :)

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
The chicken browned, better than baked! As a working woman, who loves roasted chicken, I believe this recipe is better than gold :) I had 5 thighs. I seasoned them as I normally do, balled up 5 pieces of foil, set them a top the foil, turned it on at 7:30 am & arrived home at 6:45 pm to find beautifully browned chicken.
