Best Chicken Salad Ever I

Five stars for inspiration! I changed the proportions of all ingredients to our taste and left out the celery and subbed walnuts for pecans out of necessity. My husband loved this and it reminded me of recipes from some of our favorite restaurants. YUM

Tasty Buns

Oh my gosh - these are great. I made this recipe because I didn't want to drive in the rain to the store to get buns for sandwiches. I may never buy again. I cut the recipe in half to make 6 big buns. So fast and easy in the k-aid mixer. Only mess was a little flour on my cutting board. Wahoo!

Baked Dijon Salmon

This was devine and so simple to make. My family loved it. I substituted Vermont maple syrup because I was out of honey. Great taste.
