Simple White Cake

I LOVED this recipe! I substituted 1/4 of the margarine for shortening, added a pinch of salt, and substituted the regular milk for almond milk. The batter's texture was a little strange and thicker than I thought it should be, but the cupcakes turned out amazingly! They were light and fluffy, and moist on the inside. Absolutely delicious! (:
