Hot and Sour Chicken and Cabbage Soup
i am cooking this soup as I write this so I have had a few tastes although it is not quite done yet. I made some turkey broth yesterday so I used that instead of chicken broth and of course turkey in place of the chicken. I used too much turkey for the amount of cabbage I used and I kept tinkering with it. Kept adding turkey then more cabbage, then more broth and adjusted the pepper flakes and vinegar to my tastes but as of now it tastes pretty good.

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef
I have not tried this yet but I will. I ate a lot of SOS in the Navy, but that version was like sloppy joe over toast. I never thought about putting the beef in a gravy, but sounds good.

Hamburger Hash
I have not tried this recipe yet but it is a lot like one my wife cooks, but I have to doctor hers after she is finished (shhhh........)because she likes her food bland and I like seasonings and some spice. So I expect that this is a little bland for my taste but it can be fixed and bdesides it is hard to totally screw up hamburger hash. Thanks for posting.
