Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This is an awesome recipe. I'm always game for eating healthier. I did microwave my sweet potato which was quicker and instead of using regular bread for the crumbs, I used 1/3 cup of Italian breadcrumbs which seemed to be a perfect amount. I also used just 1 tsp. of salt and pepper since the ketchup and bbq sauce has plenty of flavor. This recipe is a keeper in our house. Thank U so much for sharing with us.

Banana-Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
This receipe is awesome. I used 3/4 cup of white sugar & it's still plenty sweet. I also used 3 bananas instead of 2 since I love the flavor. I did add a little more zucchini than it called for & it still came out great. I've now made this bread many times. It's a keeper for sure. Thank U!!!!!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
Excellent recipe. Came out delicious. I did cut back on the amount of tomato sauce & also eliminated the water. It still had the perfect amount of liquid to keep everything moist. I used the shredded 4 chs. mexican blend which was yummy. I will definitely make this again. Thank U.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
Excellent recipe. I didn't get a chance to put it in the frig before roasting it but it still came out nice & juicy. I used half the salt it called for & omitted the white pepper & cayenne pepper, but was still very tasty!!! It's worth cooking 2 chickens at once if you're going to take the time to use this recipe. Will definitely use this recipe again. Thank U.

Aunt Carol's Spinach and Fish Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2006
I'm always game for cooking "Haddock" new ways. This was a very healthy, yummy recipe. Added a few extra's for additional taste such as onions and garlic in the spinach mixture. I did bake the fish at 350 for 30 mins. which didn't dry the fish out. This recipe is a keeper for sure. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2006
This was an excellent recipe. Left out the corn only becuz I didn't have any in the house. I did use a packet of taco mix to add to the hamburg instead of using separate spices. Came out awesome. I also topped them with salsa & sour cream along with lettuce & tomato. I'll definitely make these again. Thanks for sharing!!!!

Broiled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2006
This was an excellent sauce for the pork chops....had just enough zing to it. Better than using just bbq sauce. I did double up on the liquid so I could pour more of it on the chops. I'd definitely make this recipe again.
