Chef John's Grilled Jerk Pork Tenderloin

Excellent! I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to spice, so I used jalapenos instead of habaneros. Juicy, tangy, and just spicy enough!

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

Most delicious dessert I have ever made. Used hazelnut flakes from the store and only needed about 1/2 cup. Also doubled the cinnamon because I like some kick. Amazing!

Kabritu Stoba (Dutch Antilles Goat Stew)

We enjoyed this stew, but found it a bit bland. Maybe an extra dab of the sweet soy sauce and some chili powder would perk it up? Loved the flavour of the goat itself!

Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops

This recipe was seriously delightful. We cut the recipe in half, marinated our pork all day, and they turned out really moist and tasty. We also added just under a 1/4c of vinegar to help soften the meat.

Amish White Bread

This was a huge success even though I messed it up! I over-kneaded it so it was on the gummy side and didn't rise well. The taste made up for it, though!

Gluten Free Danish

The flavours are great! I used a home-made strawberry-peach marmalade instead of raspberry jam. I found that the baking time was hard to get right. The bottoms of the pastries were a dark gold while the tops were very pale. The jam ended up falling through the middles. Maybe I need to move the oven rack up a step next time?
